Morning Habbit

As we all know that every morning is fresh weep and has fresh environment.

What to do in early morning, problem of now-a-days is ‘they wake up and stare at phone’ . starring phone in morning can leads to many health problems like: eye pain and sightedness, can disturb mental health etc.

First of all is that we should wake up early in morning around 5:30pm to 6:30 pm .This time is best because at this level of CO2 emissions is less as compared, after 9:00am .so we must do some exercise and workout at early morning.

When we wake up, we should first wash our face gently with cool water. After we must drink full glass of water water help to wipe-out poisonous material out of body.

We must do some kind of exercise. Like aerobic, running or yoga. Yoga is most preferred exercise and every one should do it daily.

Hope everyone would do wake uph early in morning and so some kind of exercise to maintain their health and fitness.
